摘    要:
目的探讨适合四川省新生儿专科护士的培训课程。方法在查阅大量文献基础上,根据四川省的实际情况,制定新生儿专科护士基础核心课程、临床护理实践核心课程和专业领域课程,并探讨其科学性、实用性和适宜的培训时间及技能培训方式的建立。结果新生儿专科护士培训课程总体设置42个项目,120学时,其中基础核心课程设置16个项目,48学时;临床护理实践核心课程设置13个项目,34学时;专业领域课程设置13个项目,38学时。技能培训以理论学习和分组技能训练相结合并考核。结论系统、全面、规范的教材是培养专科护士的关键,采取分组培训并考核的模式能保证专科护士通过培训提高基础理论知识和技能水平,同时,教材也可以作为日常工作的工具书。

Abstract:
Objective To study the curriculum for neonatal nurse specialist training in Sichuan province. Methods According to extensive literature and the current situation in Sichuan province, we established the basic core curriculum of neo- natal nurse specialists, core curriculum of clinical nursing practice and curriculum in specialized domain, we also explored the scientifieity and practicability of the curriculum as well as the appropriate training time and skill training Methods. Results The curriculum for neonatal nurse specialist training developed 42 items ( 120 class hours ) in total, including 16 items of basic core curriculum [48 class hours), 13 items of core curriculum for clinical nursing practice (34 class hours) and 13 items of curriculum in specialized domain (38 class hours). The skill training, included theoretical study, was carried out in groups and assessed afterward. Conclusion Systematic, comprehensive and standardized teaching materials are essential for training nurse specialists. Training in groups plus the assess afterward can ensure the nurse specialists and improve their basic theoretical knowledge and skills. At the same time, the teaching materials can also be used as a tool for daily work.
