护士对佩戴燕尾帽的态度与燕尾帽使用情况的调查研究

目的:探讨护士在工作中佩戴燕尾帽的态度。方法:自行设计问卷,以方便抽样的方法对108名护士进行问卷调查。结果:71.3%的研究对象认为佩戴燕尾帽最重要的作用是职业象征,燕尾帽的主要弊端有清洗不方便、容易滑脱及成为潜在污染源,69.4%的研究对象不喜欢佩戴燕尾帽,92.6%的护士认为应该取消护士在护理工作中佩戴燕尾帽的规定。结论:护士认为佩戴燕尾帽仅仅是一种职业象征,其种种弊端给临床护理工作带来不便,佩戴燕尾帽的必要性值得怀疑。如果必须要带护士帽,也应该针对目前使用的燕尾帽的弊端加以改进,使其更适合护理工作。

Swallow-tail hat wearing status and nurses' attitude

Objective： To discuss nurses＇ attitude on the meaning, convenience and necessity of wearing the swallow-tail hat during daily work. Methods： A total of 108 nurses who were convenient sampled completed the self designed questionnaire. Results： Among of them, 71.3% thought the most important meaning of the swallow-tail hat was a symbol of the profession. The major disadvantages included hard to clean,easy to slip, and potential possibility of contamination. And 69.4% did not like wearing it; 92.6% thought that we should cancel the rule of wearing swallow-tail hat when work. Conclusion： Nurses think wearing the cap is just a symbol of the profession. It has many disadvantages which bring some inconvenience to work. The necessity of wearing swallow-tail hat should be suspected. Even if it is preserved, the hat should also be improved to correct the disadvantages.
