慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者社会支持状况及影响因素的调查

目的 评估老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者社会支持状况，并分析影响COPD患者社会支持的各种因素。方法 对住院的50例COPD患者进行一般资料及社会支持测评表问卷调查。结果 COPD患者的社会支持评分低于健康对照组（P〈0．05），年龄越大、病程越长、呼吸困难的程度越严重，对社会支持评分影响越明显。结论 对于COPD患者社会支持状况应予以足够的了解和重视，并进行积极有效的干预，改善患者的躯体功能、心理状态和社会适应能力。

Investigation and Analysis of Status of Social Support and Influencing Factors in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To evaluate the status of social support and analyze all kinds of factors affecting social support in chronic-obstructive- pulmonary-disease (COPD) patients. Methods Fifty COPD patients in hospital were investigated with general information and testing schedule questionnaire of social support. Results The social support scores of COPD patients were lower than those in the healthy ones(P<0.05),which were positively correlated with age, duration of the disease and degree of dyspnea. Conclusions The status of social support in COPD patients should be given enough understand and emphasis,at the same time the active and effective interventions should be carried out in order to improve the physical function ,mental status and social adaptive capacity of COPD patients.
