| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蓝科肤宁止痒脱敏膜治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将89例患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用蓝科肤宁湿敷，每天2次，每次敷15～30min，在治疗后期如患者皮肤出现干燥、脱屑、瘙痒时，配合使用维生素E乳膏润肤；对照组采用3％硼酸溶液和丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用，每天2次。2组疗程均为1周。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82．95％和85．84％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：蓝科肤宁止痒脱敏膜湿敷治疗湿疹疗效明显且安全、方便。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effectiveness of Velvet-feeling in Treatment of Acute Eczema.
