伊曲康唑联合纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗念珠菌性阴道炎86例疗效观察

目的观察伊曲康唑联合纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗念珠菌性阴道炎临床疗效。方法选择我院妇科门诊念珠菌性阴道炎86例，随机分为两组，分别给予治疗组46例口服伊曲康唑联合纳米银抗菌凝胶外用，对照组40例单纯口服伊曲康唑，对两组患者疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗组和对照组治疗念珠菌性阴道炎在给药后第四天和治疗结束后5天的总有效率分别为97．9％和82．5％，两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。用药后治疗组和对照组的症状、体征较用药前均有明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论伊曲康唑联合纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗念珠菌性阴道炎具有较好疗效。

Efficacy of itraconazole combined nano-silver anti-bacterial gel for candidial vaginitis: observation of 86 case

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of itraconazole combined nano-silver anti-bacterial gel in the treatment of candidial vaginitis. Methods A todal of 85 patients with candidial vaginitis in gynecology out-patient of our hospital were enrolled： 46 were trial group assigned to receive itraconazole bid combined nano-silver anti-bacterial gel external,another 40 were control group only receive itraconazole bid. The clinical efficacy of two group were Comparative and analysis. Results In the fourth day after delivery and three days after the end of treatment for Candida vaginitis, the total effective rates of the trial group and control group were 97.9% and 82.5%. There was a significant difference between two group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Itraconazole combined nano-silver anti-bacterial gel has been proved to be of satisfactory clinical efficacy for candidial vaginitis.
