| 摘 要： | 目的了解山东省桓台县食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带状况。方法分析2006—2008年食品和公共场所从业人员的体检资料,HBsAg的检测用乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原全血诊断试剂(胶体金法)。结果HBsAg阳性率,2006年为5.02%(252/5022),2007年为3.52%(216/6136),2008年为2.77%(146/5268);男性为3.57%(186/5213),女性为3.82%(428/11213);20岁～年龄组最高为5.0%(378/7559);不同职业人群之间HBsAg阳性率以文化娱乐场所为最高,为6.21%(92/1481)。结论从业人员HBsAg携带率逐年下降,不同职业人群携带率不同。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To understand the carrying status of HBsAg among food and public places employees in Hengtai County. [ Methods] The health examination information of food and public places employees during 2006--2008 were analyzed, the hepatitis B virus surface antigen （colloid gold law） was used to detect HBsAg. [ Results] HBsAg positive rate was 5.02% （252/5022） in 2006, 3.52% （ 216/6136 ） in 2007, 2.77% （ 146/5268 ） in 2008 ; that for male was 3.57% （ 186/5213 ）, 3.82% （ 428/11 213 ） for female; employees aged 20 -29 years had the highest positive rate of 5.0% （378/7559 ） ;most HBsAg positive cases 6.21% （92/1481 ） were employees from cultural and entertainment venues. [ Conclusion] HbsAg carrying rate among employees decreases annually and differs between occupational groups. |
