| 摘 要： | 探讨小儿颅脑损伤后脑肿胀的临床特点和病理生理基础，方法回顾性分析，２１例颅脑损伤脑肿胀患儿的临床过程和各项病理生理指标的状对其预后的影响。结果患儿的预后与脑受压程度，ＣＴ值，颅内压和脑灌注压密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To characterize the clinical features and pathophysiology of post traumatic brain swelling. Methods Clinical features and pathophysiological parameters of 21 children with post traumatic brain swelling were reviewed. Results Poor prognosis was associated with severe brain compression, decreased CT value over the edematous brain, increased intra cranial pressure and reduced cerebral perfusion. Conclusion Transient disruption of blood brain barrier and cerebral ischemia are responsible for post traumatic brain swelling in children. |
