大面积深度烧伤患者早期康复护理的临床观察

摘    要:
目的:观察深度大面积烧伤患者早期实施康复护理的效果。方法:选择大面积(30%~67%)深度烧伤患者148例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组入院后在常规治疗的同时尽早进行康复护理。对照组入院后在常规治疗后2周开始进行康复护理。6个月后观察两组瘢痕增生、孪缩、功能障碍情况。结果:观察组、患者瘢痕增生、孪缩、功能障碍明显轻于对照组。结论:早期对大面积深度烧伤患者实施康复护理,能有效地减轻烧伤创面瘢痕增生、孪缩及功能障碍,恢复患者的活动和工作能力,提高生存质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the patients with extensive deep burn. Methods: 148 patients with extensive deep burn (30%-67%) were divided into early rehabilitation group and control group at random. The patients in early rehabilitation group were treated with conventional protocols, accompanied with rehabilitation nursing as early as possible, after admission to hospital. Conversely, rehabilitation nursing were employed to the patients after two weeks treated with conventional protocols in control group. Scar hyperplasia, contracture and functional impairment were evaluated six months later. Results: Scar hyperplasia, contracture and functional impairment of patients in early rehabilitation group were significantly slighter than those in control group. Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing employed to the patients with extensive deep burn can notablely extenuate scar hyperplasia and contracture of burn wound and functional impairment. Consequently, it is implied that early rehabilitation nursing can improve the activity, working capability and quality of life of these patients markedly.
