清芝灵治疗老年高脂血症的疗效观察

目的 探讨清芝灵治疗老年高脂血症的临床疗效.方法 符合高脂血症的老年患者116例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组56例,治疗组口服清芝灵0.2 g,3次/d;对照组口服氟伐他汀20 mg,每晚1次.用药前及用药后12周采血测验,观察疗效和不良反应.结果 两组治疗后血脂指标均有显著改善(P＜0.05),两组组间比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),治疗组未发现肝肾功能异常,而对照组9例(16.1%)出现肝功能异常和肌肉酸痛、肌酶升高等不良反应.结论 清芝灵治疗老年高脂血症安全有效,依从性良好,适合长期服用治疗老年高脂血症患者.

Qingzhiling for elderly patients with hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qingzhiling for elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 116 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned to receive Qingzhiling 2 pills three times daily for 12 weeks(n=60) or fluvastatin 20mg once every evening(n=56,control group).Blood lipid,CK level and liver function were tested before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,blood lipid level was significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).No liver function abnormality was found in Qingzhiling group;In control group,side effects were found in 9 patients,such as liver function abnormality,myalgia,and elevated CK level.Conclusion Qingzhiling is safe and effective for hyperlipidemia,with good compliance,suitable for long-term treatment in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.
