多潘立酮致室性心动过速1例

多潘立酮（吗丁啉）是一种外周多巴胺受体阻滞剂,临床用于治疗由胃排空延缓所致消化不良症,但因拮抗多巴胺受体,引起催乳素的释放,催乳素作用于乳腺促进乳汁分泌,故服用多潘立酮后,可引起乳房胀痛、增加泌乳、月经失调、男性乳房发育症等不良反应,偶见锥体外系反应,而引起心律失常在临床上很少见。
