| 摘 要： | 对细胞角蛋白19片断（CYFRA21—1）、鳞状细胞癌抗原（SCC）等常规食管鳞状细胞癌（简称鳞癌）肿瘤标志物应用状况，肿瘤标志物在食管鳞癌早期诊断、预测化放疗敏感性、监测术后复发和转移、判断预后方面的研究进展作一介绍。虽然食管鳞癌肿瘤标志物的研究和报道较多，但是尚无令人满意的肿瘤标志物。蛋白质组学技术已开始用于食管鳞癌肿瘤标志物的寻找，随着分子生物学技术的进步，有望寻找到理想的肿瘤标志物，为食管鳞癌的诊断治疗提供便捷途径。 |

| Abstract: | The determination of tumor markers is of great value for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. This article reviews the application status of routine tumor markers and the progression on the role of tumor markers in early diagnosis, predicting chemotherapy or radiotherapy response, monitoring disease recurrence and evaluation of prognosis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. |
