依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清IL-8、TNF-a、hs-CRP的影响

目的观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清IL-8、TNF-a、hs-CRP的影响。方法采用随机对照试验,选择发病24h内的急性脑梗死患者85例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例按急性脑梗死常规方法治疗2周,治疗组45例在常规治疗基础上加用依达拉奉治疗2周,治疗前、治疗后3d、7d、14d检测患者血清IL-8、TNF-a、hs-CRP,比较它们的变化。结果治疗组治疗后3d、7d、14d患者血清IL-8、TNF-a、hs-CRP明显下降,明显低于对照组。结论依达拉奉能明显降低急性脑梗死患者血清IL-8、TNF-a、hs-CRP。
