| 摘 要： | 目的探讨减少贵要静脉穿刺PICC置管时的异位率，减轻患者痛苦。方法将225例癌症化疗需行PICC置管的患者随机分为两组，A组采用边推注生理盐水边送管的方式置管，B组采用常规方式置管。结果A组发生异位7例，异位率5．8％；B发生异位15例，异位率14．3％。两组比较X^2=4．535，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论边推注生理盐水边送管的方式可以减少异位率，减少患者的痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of reducing the rate of displacement of far-end operated terminal of PICC dwelling via basilic vein. Methods A total of 225 cases received P1CC dwelling via basilic vein were divided into two groups: patients in A group were carried out by method of puncturing with Pushing normal saline, while those in group B only received routine method. Results There were 7 and 15 cases suffered from displacement in group A and B (5.8% vs 14.3%), the difference showed statistical significance.Conclusions The new method (puncturing with Pushing normal saline) is helpful to reduce displacement rate and reduce the patients'sufferings. |
