| 摘 要： | 为探索解除颈椎病患者病痛的有效疗法，拟订出一个推动脉型颈椎病手法治疗方案，包括和法前评估和由４种手法组成的手法程序。经４８例椎动脉型颈椎病患者的验证，疗效显著。同时对方案的制订依据进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In order to relieve the sufferings of the patents with cervical spondylosis, a plan of manipulative therapy for vertebral artery insufficiency syndrome caused by cervical spondylosis is presented. This plan included premanipulation assessment and manipulative procedures containing 4 kinds of manipulative methods. Forty-eight cases of vertebral artery insufficiency syndrome caused by cervical spondylosis underwent the therapy and obtained satisfactory therapeutic results. The basis formulating this plan was discussed. |
