广东省中山市2013年恶性肿瘤发病分析

[目的]分析2013年中山市恶性肿瘤发病概况,为中山市恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据.[方法]收集整理2013年中山市恶性肿瘤发病资料,统计分析其发病数、粗率、中国与世界标化率、构成比等指标.[结果] 2013年中山市共有恶性肿瘤新发病例4405例,其中男性2508例,女性1897例,男女世界标化发病率分别为258.11/10万与177.33/10万,男性发病前5位恶性肿瘤依次是肺、肝、鼻咽、食管和结肠癌,女性依次是肺、乳腺、宫体、甲状腺和结肠癌.鼻咽癌分别占中山市同期男女恶性肿瘤发病顺位的第3和第10位.2013年中山市男女恶性肿瘤年龄别发病模式和不同镇区恶性肿瘤发病水平均不同.[结论] 2013年中山市恶性肿瘤发病总体居国内和广东省中上水平,鼻咽癌和女性宫体癌发病居国内较高水平,而男性前列腺癌和女性甲状腺癌发病上升,提示中山市应加强上述肿瘤的防治.

Cancer Incidence in Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province,2013

[Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province in 2013.[Methods] Cancer incident data of Zhongshan in 2013 were collected from Zhongshan Cancer Registry.The crude rate (CR),Chinese and world age-standardized rates (ASR-C and ASR-W)of cancer incidence were calculated and analyzed.[Results] There were 4405 new cancer cases in 2013 in Zhongshan city,2508 of them were males and 1897 females.The male and female cancer incidence ASRs-W was 258.11/105 and 177.33/105,respectively.Top 5 male incident cancers were lung,liver,nasopharyngeal,esophageal and colon cancers,and cancers of the lung,breast,corpus uteri,thyroid and colon for females.Nasopharyngeal cancer was the 3rd and 10th most common incident cancer for male and female,respectively.The male and female age-specific incident patterns and incident rates in different areas of Zhongshan were different.[Conclusion] Cancer incidence in Zhongshan city in 2013 is at middle-high level nationwide and in Guangdong,incidence rates of nasopharyngeal and female corpus uteri cancer are at high level nationwide,the incidence rates of male prostate and female thyroid cancers are increased.
