浙江省开化县DOTS成本-效益评价

目的：研究DOTS项目投入成本与其所取得的社会经济效益关系．评价DOTS策略在开化县实施所取得的社会和经济效益。方法：运用疫情发展预测模型对比分析在实施DOTS干预措施与未实施干预措施情况下，结核病的发生、死亡和DLAY的成本效益比。结果：每减少一例结核病人发生的成本效益比是419元／例；每减少一例结核病人死亡的成本效益比是1961元／例；每减少一个DALY的成本效益比是1050元／年。结论：采用DOTS策略防治结核病经济效益和社会效益显著，符合开化县目前经济发展和社会发展需求。

Cost-benefit evaluation of DOTS in Kaihua County, Zhejiang Province

Objective To study the relationship between DOTS project input costs and their social and economic benefits,and evaluate the social and economic benefits made in Kaibua County by implementation of DOTS strategy. Methods Comparative analysis was made of the TB incidence,mortality and cost--effective DLAY in the condition of implementing DOTS or not by applying disease forecasting model. Results The reduction in each case of tuberculosis in the cost--effectiveness ratio is 419 yuan,that in each case of tuberculosis death 1,961 yuan, and that in each DALY is 1,050 yuan a year. Conclusion The implemention of DOTS strategy for TB prevention and control has made significant economic and social benefits ,and it is in line with the needs of local economic and social development.
