外伤性支气管断裂的诊断与治疗

目的：笔者报告８例外伤性支气管断裂患者的诊断与治疗，旨在评价外伤性支气管断裂早期诊断和手术治疗效果以及延误诊断造成的后果。方法：本组４例于伤后５小时以内，１例于伤后６天内施行支气管修复手术。结果：本组８例中５例手术后痊愈。３例延误诊断３～６月，其中１例死亡，另２例合并肺部感染和脓胸未治愈。结论：早期诊断和手术治疗可减少肺和胸腔感染的机会，及时挽救患者生命和恢复呼吸功能。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Traumatic Rupture of the Bronchus

Aim: The purpose of the study is to elucidate early diagnosis and satisfactory clinical results following timely operative repair in comparison with the poor results due to delayed diagnosis and management. Methods: Eight cases of traumatic rupture of bronchus after blunt chest trauma were reported. Among them 5 patients underwent operation with bronchial repair within 4 hours and one patient on 6 days after the accident, 3 cases had a delayed diagnosis for 3-6 months after injury. Results: Five patients recovered from the injuries after surgical treatment. One died and the other 2 were complicated with lung infection and empyema by reason of delayed diagnosis. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and bronchial repair may save the patients, promote an early recovery of pulmonary function and minimize the risk of complications.
