我院实习护生手卫生情况的调查与分析

目的了解2005级护生实习期间对手卫生知识的掌握情况。方法对2005级护生发放《手卫生知识调查表》进行调查分析。结果168份调查表中护生普遍存在对手卫生知识缺乏。洗手时间正确认知人数72人,错误认知人数96人,认知率42.9%。六步法洗手正确认知人数76人,错误认知人数92人,认知率45.2%。干手方法正确认知人数50人,错误认知人数118人,认知率29.8%。结论通过指导正确洗手方法及手卫生知识等教育,养成良好习惯,控制医院感染。

Analysis the Mastery Hand Hygienic Knowleges of our Hospital Student Nurse's

Objective To kown the situation of the grade 2005 student nurse' s mastery in handing the hand hygienic knowedge in their internship. Mesthods To analysis the《questionair about the hand hygienic knowleges》which atributed to the grade 2005 student nurses. Rusult most of student nurses lack the knowedge of hand hygiene in the 168 questionaires .the number of the student nurses ,whoses understanding of the wright washing hands time was 72, the number of those who were false was 96. The rate of wright understanding was 42.9%. The number of student nurses whose understanding of the six steps method of the wright washing hands time was 76.the number of those whose understanding was flase was 92.the rate of wright understanding was 45.2%, the number of the student whose understanding of the wright method of dry the hand was 50. The number of those whose understanding were false was 118. The rate of wright understanding was 29.8%. Conclusion Through the education of hygienic knowedge to student nurse, they can making a good habit, the controling of hospital infection could be well done.
