肝硬化并肝性脑病患者血浆和脑脊液超氧化物歧化酶的测定及意义

摘    要:
目的 探讨肝硬化并肝性脑病与活性氧的关系。方法 应用化学比色法测定血和脑脊液的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值。其中肝硬化并肝性脑病 36例 ,治疗后意识清醒 33例 ,对照组 30例。结果 肝性脑病组血和脑脊液SOD值较治疗后意识清醒期明显降低 ,P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ,且血和脑脊液SOD值呈正相关系 (r =0 .485 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;意识清醒期血SOD值较对照组低 (P <0 .0 5) ,而脑脊液SOD值与对照组相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 肝硬化并肝性脑病血和脑脊液SOD值明显降低 ,与活性氧代谢紊乱密切相关。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relation between the cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy(CCHE) and the activated oxygen. Methods The values of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid were tested by the chemical colorimetric method in 30 cases in control group,and 36 cases of CCHE.Results The SOD values of the blood and cerebrospinal fluid in the hepatic encephalopathy (HE) group were significantly lower than those in the group whose consciousness restored after the treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the SOD values in blood and in cerebrospinal fluid had the positive correlation (r=0.485,P<0.01).The SOD value of HE group in blood during the restored consciousness period was lower than that in control group (P>0.05),and the SOD value in cerebrospinal fluid had no significant differences between them (P>0.05).Conclusion The decreases of the SOD values in blood and cerebrospinal fluid of the patient with CCHE have close relation with the metabolic disorder of activated oxygen radicals.
