摘    要:目的 建立前牙冠桥修复体颜色的计算机辅助设计系统,旨在加强信息交流,提高修复体的美学质量。方法 采用数码相机采集图象;建立颜色样本库;运用基于三刺激值的相对比色法原理,应用人工神经网络技术自动匹配,从而进行修复体的颜色设计。结果 在该系统的支持下,医生、患者共同参与设计颜色,并提供材料及工艺处方。结论 实现了修复体颜色的计算机自动匹配和手动个性化设计。

Abstract:Objective This study was to develop computer aided color system of anterior crowns and bridges, which can improve information communication among doctor, technician, patient and promote anterior prosthesis commetic effect. Methods Digital cameral was used for image caputure; sample tooth color database were constructed; anterior prosthesis color were automatically designed in terms of artificial neural network and three stimulative value (RVG) relative methods. Result The system can not only design color, but also can supply material and technical prescription. Conclusion This system implemented anterior prosthesis CAD automatically and provided characteristic color design by hand.
