| Abstract: | 45 hips of 43 Pasieets with advanced ischemic necrosis of thefemoral head were treated with femoral head re(?)lacement and total hip art-hroplasty.The follow-up period ranged from 24 to 90 months(with an aver-age of 37 months).The results showed that the excellent and good rate was70%(Austinmoore type 68% and Bateman bipolar type 75%)in 24 hips offemoral head replacement and 85.7%(cemented 90% and noneemented 81.8%)in 21 hips of total hip arthroplasty.The indications,complicailons andshort-term as well as long-term Results of the hip arthroplasty werediscussed in the article. |
