灵芪蠲肝液治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎临床研究

目的:了解灵芪蠲肝液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法:60例慢性乙型肝炎轻到重度患者随机分为两组.对照组给予基础保肝治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用灵芪蠲肝液.观察两组临床症状及肝功能改善情况.结果:两组患者经治疗后临床症状及ALT、AST、TBIL较治疗前有明显好转(P<0.05).治疗组各项症状改善情况与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者ALT、TBIL与对照组比较降低更明显(P<0.05),AST降低无显著性差异.结论:灵芪蠲肝液对慢性乙型肝炎有较好的治疗作用.

Observation on the Lingqijuanganye in Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To study the curative effect of Lingqijuanganye on chronic hepatitis B.Methods: 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group(n=25). Cases in the control group were treated by the routine western medicine and cases in the treatment group by Lingqijuanganye after the routine treatment. The changes of clinical syndrome and liver function were observed.Results: After two week's treatment, the clinical syndrome and the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL in both groups were significantly improved (p<0.05). And the levels of ALT and TBIL in the treatment group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group (p<0.05),while the change of AST had no significant difference.Conelusion: Lingqijuanganye has better curative effect on treating chronic hepatitis B.
