| 摘 要： | 目的：研究香砂养胃蜜丸含量测定新的提取方法。方法：通过HPLC测定香砂养胃蜜丸中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量。结果：厚朴酚、和厚朴酚在0．0092～0．046mg．m^-1线性关系良好，厚朴酚r=0．9998，和厚朴酚r=0．9993。平均回收率为99．2％、98．3％。结论：通过试验结果我们发现，使用于该品种的HPLC新的方法，相对于旧的局颁标准，不仅测定结果准确，精密度高，而且还测定了局颁标准中未要求的和厚朴酚含量，完善了药典对总活性成分含量的规定。且此方法简便易行，结果可靠，为我们以后申请该品种新的国家标准打下了一定基础。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of magnolol and honolion in Xiangshayangwei pills. Methods： A HPLC was utilized to determine the magnolol and honolion in the preparation. Results：The calibration curve had good linearity over the concentration range of 9.2-46 μ g· ml^-1 , the correlation coefficients and average recoveries for honokio and magnolol were 0.9998 and 0.9993, 99.2% and 98.3%, respectively. Conclusion：Compared to the previous method, the established method in this paper is simple, fast and reliable and can be used to control the quality of the drug. |
