摘    要:
目的 :观察 3,6 [二甲氨基 ] 二苯骈碘杂六环枸橼酸盐 (I 6 5 )对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :用改良Longa法制作局灶性大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,缺血 4h再灌注 2h后取脑组织测定梗死体积、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :I 6 5能明显缩小脑梗死体积 (P <0 0 1) ,减少MDA含量 (P <0 0 1) ,提高SOD活性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :I 6 5对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用 ,其机制与抑制脂质过氧化反应、提高自由基清除酶的活性有关。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the protective effects of 3,6-dimethamidodibenzoriodonium citrat (I-65) on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats. Methods:The model of regional cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats was made by means of the modified Longa method. Four hours after the ischemia and two hours after the reperfusion, the cerebral tissue was sampled and the cerebral infarct size, malondiadehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were measured. Results:I-65 could obviously reduce the cerebral infarct size ( P <0 01). It could reduce the MDA content( P <0 01)and increase the SOD activity ( P <0 01). Conclusion:I-65 has obvious protective effects on cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. Its mechanism may be associated with the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and the improvement of the activity of free radical clearance enzyme.
