| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨内毒素 (LPS)对幼龄大鼠小肠、脾和肺组织中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平的影响 ,并与成年大鼠比较。方法 :生物化学方法检测幼龄与成年大鼠小肠、脾和肺组织匀浆中NOS和NO水平 ;用电子显微镜观察超微结构改变。结果 :LPS可时间依赖性 (6～ 12h)地刺激NOS活性增加 ,NO水平提高 ;LPS(2mg/kg)没有使细胞超微结构发生明显改变。结论 :单独内毒素也能刺激幼龄与成年大鼠组织中NOS和NO水平升高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide,LPS) on the levels of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and nitric oxide(NO) in small intestine, spleen and lungs of young rats and to compare with adult rats. Methods: The levels of NOS and NO were determined in the homogenate of small intestine, spleen and lungs of the young and adult rats with biochemical techniques; the ultrastructural changes were examined with the electron microscope. Results: LPS (2 mg/kg) could stimulate the increase of the activities of NOS in a time dependent manner(6 12 hours), and increase the levels of NO, but it did not make significant changes of the cyto ultrastructure. Conclusion:LPS itself can promote elevation of the levels of NOS and NO in the tissues of young and adult rats. |
