鱼油抗大鼠实验性心律失常作用

摘    要:鱼油口服给药1.4 ml/kg·d,连续15d能显著升高氯化钡致大鼠心律失常的阈剂量(P<0.05),降低心律失常的严重程度(P<0.05),60 min内窦性心率恢复率为85.7%(P<0.01),死亡率为0。心肌细胞膜脂肪酸分析显示,鱼油影响大鼠心肌细胞膜脂肪酸组成,升高DHA含量(P<0.05),降低AA含量及AA/DHA比值(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析表明,鱼油的抗心律失常作用与其升高心肌细胞膜DHA含量有关,相关系数为r=-0.5872(P<0.01)。

The Effect of Fish Oil on Experimential Arrhythmia in Rats

Abstract:The purposes of this study are to investigate the effect of fish oil on barium chloride induced arrhythmia in rats. Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups (7~9 animals/group) , i. e. I : Fish oil+Vitamine (VE); Ⅱ : Sheep oil+VE;Ⅲ : De-lipid oil+VE; Ⅳ: De-lipid oil; Ⅴ : Nor-mal sodium (NS). The daily intake of fish oil was 1. 4 ml/kg per animal by intragastric feeding.Following 15 days administration, both the threshold dose inducing arrhythmia of barium chloride and the rate of restoration to sinus rhythm were significantly increased by fish oil+VE and reduced by sheep oil + VE. The duration of arrhythmic episodes was reduced by fish oil + VE and increased by sheep oil + VE. There were no effects on the threshold dose inducing arrhythmia of barium chloride and the duration of arrhythmic episodes and the restoration to sinus rhythm treated with de-lipid oil+ VE or de-lipid oil. These results indicate that fish oil may have some beneficial value in preventing and treating arrhythmia induced by barium chloride in rats. The results also showed that fish oil can in-crease heart muscle membrane DHA and reduce AA. The mechanisms of fish oil antiarrhythmic action may involve the modification of heart muscle membrane fatty acid composition or/and the elevation of DHA content in heart muscle membrane.
