中风护理单元对中风患者日常生活能力及应对方式的作用研究

目的：探讨中风护理单元对中风患者日常生活能力及应对方式的影响。方法选取2012年11月～2013年5月入住我院且符合纳入标准的中风患者136例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组采用中风常规护理措施进行护理，观察组按照中风护理单元的系统模块给予护理。于出院当日分别评估两组患者的日常生活能力和应对方式。结果观察组的日常生活能力总分及应对方式除退避维度外得分与对照组比较差异有显著意义（ P＜0．01，P＜0．001）。结论中风护理单元能够从患者入院到出院全方位、系统化地采取措施，充分调动患者治疗疾病的主观能动性，促进各系统功能的恢复，提高患者日常生活能力及应对方式，为提高患者生存质量、尽早回归社会奠定基础。

Study on the role of stroke care unit for the activities of daily living and coping styles for stroke patients

Objective To study the effects of stroke care unit for stroke patients ’ daily living skills and coping styles .Method 136 patients who met the selecting criteria and hospitalized from October 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table .Patients in the control group received routine nursing care .patients in experimental group received routine nursing care and nursing care according to stroke care unit .The scores of activities of daily living （ADL） and coping styles for patients in the two groups were assessed on the day of discharge .Result Total score of ADL and the scores of coping styles except the dimension of retreat in the experimental group were better than that of the control group （P〈0 .01 ,P〈0 .001） . Conclusion Stroke care unit can give comprehensive ,systematic care measures from admission to discharge .It’s able to fully mobilize the initiative for patients disease treatment and promote functional recovery of the systems .Be-sides ,stroke care unit improves daily living skills and coping styles .It can lay the foundation of patients’ improve-ment the quality of life and return to society as soon as possible .
