老年2型糖尿病肾病患者血清HCY、胱抑素C和uAlb水平检测的临床意义

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病肾病患者血清HCY、胱抑素C和uAlb水平的变化及意义。方法分别应用发光法和酶免法、免疫比浊法对66例2型糖尿病患者(其中并发DN31例,未并发DN35例)进行血清HCY、胱抑素C和uAlb水平检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 2型糖尿病肾病患者DN组血清HCY、胱抑素C和uAlb水平均显著高于NDN组和正常人组,NDN组与正常人组无显著差异;且uAlb水平和血清HCY、胱抑素C水平呈显著正相关(r=0.4785、0.5923,P0.01)。结论老年2型糖尿病肾病患者血清HCY、胱抑素C和uAlb水平的升高与早期肾损害密切相关。

Detection of Serum Homocysteine,Cystatin C and Urine Microalbumin in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy:Clinical Significance

Objective To explore the changes in serum homocysteine（HCY）, Cystatin C（Cys-c） and urine microalbumin levels and clinical significance in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The serum HCY, Cys-e and urine micmalbumin levels were detected by CILA, ELISA and immune turbidmetry respectively in 66 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN ）： 31 in DN group and 35 in non-DN （NDN） group, and 35 controls. Results The serum HCY, Cys-c and urine microalbumin levels were higher in the DN group than those in the NDN group and control group. However, there was no significant difference in the serum HCY, Cys-c and urine microalbumin levels be- tween the NDN group and the control group. The urine mieroalbumin level showed a positive correlation with the serum HCY and Cys-c levels （r =0.4785, 0.5923, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The serum HCY, Cys-c and urine microalbumin levels in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy are clearly related to the early renal injury.
