| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院麻醉药品和一类精神药品用药情况及变化趋势，为，临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2010--2012年我院麻醉药品和一类精神药品的用量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计和分析。结果：2010--2012年我院麻醉药品和一类精神药品的销售金额、DDDs均逐年增加，其中盐酸哌替啶注射液、硫酸吗啡缓释片、吗啡注射液、枸橼酸芬太尼注射液用量呈上升趋势。结论：我院麻醉药品和一类精神药品应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the status quo and the variation tendency of the utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psyehotropic substances in our hospital for clinical reference of rational use drugs. METHODS： The utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital during 2010-2012 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs and the defined daily cost （DDC） etc. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and DDDs of the narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital increased year by year, and the consumption quantity of pethidine hydrochloride injection, morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets, morphine injection and fentanyl citrate injection showed an upward trend. CONCLUSION： The utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital was rational on the whole. |
