| 摘 要： | 目的观察五叶草莓乙醇提取物对实验动物模型的抗炎镇痛作用。方眭通过小鼠热板及扭体实验观察五叶草莓的镇痛作用；通过小鼠耳肿胀，大鼠足肿胀及大鼠棉球性肉芽肿模型观察五叶草莓的抗炎作用。结果五叶草莓乙醇提取物能显著提高小鼠热板实验中的痛阈，减少扭体次数；对小鼠耳肿胀，大鼠蛋清性足肿胀及棉球性肉芽肿均有显著抑制作用。结论五叶草莓乙醇提取物具有显著的镇痛及抗类作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of alcoh extractive from quinqueleaf strawberry on experimental animal model. Methods: Observing quinqueleaf strawberry's pain-relieving effect through mice's hot plate and writhing experiment and observing its anti-inflammation effect through ear swelling of mice, foot swelling and cotton ball granuloma of rats. Results:Alcoh extractive from quinqueleaf strawberry could significantly improve the pain threshold and reduce the writhing frequency in the hot plate experiment of mice, and had a significant depressant effect on mice's ear swelling, rats' albumen foot swelling and cotton ball granuloma. Conclusion: alcoh extractive from Quinqueleaf strawberry has a significant pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effect. |
