刺络疗法联合脱敏清络饮治疗系膜增生型紫癜性肾炎疗效观察

目的观察刺络疗法联合脱敏清络饮治疗系膜增生型紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将78例系膜增生型紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组39例采用刺络疗法联合脱敏清络饮口服治疗,对照组39例采用氯苯吡胺和醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗,2组均治疗8周,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞计数的变化。结果治疗组总有效率89.74%,对照组总有效率84.62%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前均明显下降(P0.05),治疗后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后尿沉渣红细胞计数较治疗前均明显下降(P0.05),治疗后2组尿沉渣红细胞计数比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组;2组中医证候积分均能明显降低(P0.05),且治疗组较对照组的降低更明显(P0.05)。结论刺络疗法联合脱敏清络饮治疗可降低24h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞计数及中医证候积分,提高临床疗效。

Curative effect observation of combination of meridian-pricking therapy and traditional Chinese medicine on mesangial proliferation Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis

Objective To observe the effect of combination of meridian - pricking therapy and traditional Chinese medicine on mesangial proliferation Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 78 patients with me- sangial proliferation Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 39 ） were treated by Chlorphenamine and Prednisone. Patients in treatment group were treated by combi- nation of meridian - pricking therapy and Tuomin Qingluoyin. The changes of 24 h urinary protein and erythroeyte in urinary sediment were observed. Results The level of 24 h urinary protein after treatment was decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference between two groups on the level of 24h urinary protein after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of erythrocyte in urinary sediment was decreased after treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was difference between two groups on the level of erythroeyte in urinary sediment after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of meridian - pricking therapy and traditional Chinese medicine can decrease the level of 24 h urinary protein, erythroeyte in urinary sediment and score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.
