| 摘 要： | 目的探讨野外作训条件下肝外伤的特点及诊治方法。方法分析我科1990年1月—2004年12月在本院及参加演习保障时救治的18例野外作训条件下的肝外伤病例,非手术治疗2例,手术治疗16例,对野外作训条件下肝外伤的特点及诊治方法进行总结。结果18例均痊愈。术后发生并发症8例,分别为肝脓肿2例,继发出血3例,胆瘘2例,多器官功能障碍综合征1例。结论野外作训条件下肝外伤以碰撞伤、坠落伤及挤压伤多见。诊断性腹腔穿刺以及B超、血流动力学的动态观察是野外条件下诊断肝外伤的基本方法,CT可作为一种重要的辅助诊断方法。治疗方法应以手术治疗为主。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cha ra cteristic of liver trauma under the condition of field training and its diagnosi s and therapy. Methods Eighteen patients who suffered from liver trauma during field manoeuvres between Jan. 1990 and Dec. 2004 were analyzed. of the 18 patie nts, 16 ones were performed with operation and two ones with non-operative ther apy. Results All the 18 patients were healed up completely exce pt eight ones with complications (liver abscess, secondary bleeding, biliary fis tula, etc). Conclusion |
