颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果观察

目的 观察颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效.方法 选择2005年10月至2010年10月收治的130例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组:对照组组和微创组.对照组:65例,给予传统内科治疗;微创组:65例,在对照组基础上采用颅内血肿微创清除术.观察两组患者疗效及生活自理能力(ADL)评分.结果 微创组的总有效率显著优于对照组(P＜0.01);3个月后ADL评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 颅内血肿微创清除术对高血压脑出血的疗效显著.

Observation on clinical effectiveness of mini-invasive intracranial hematoma debridement in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To observe the effectiveness of mini - invasive intracranial hematoma debridement in treatment of patients with hyperten- sive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted into this department during October 21305 to October 2010 were randomly divided into two groups： control group and mini -invasive treatment group. Sixty five cases in control group were giv- en with traditional medical treatment. Patients in mini - invasive treatment group were given with mini - invasive intracranial hematoma debridement. The effect and ADL scores of patients in these two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of mini - invasive treatment group was higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. ADL scores in patients of mini - invasive treatment group were much higher than those of patients in control group at 3 months after treatment （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Mini -invasive intracranial hematoma debridement has significant curative effect in treatment of pa- tients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
