切口保护套在电视胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除手术中的应用

目的探讨切口保护套在电视胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除手术中应用的可行性及安全性。方法分析2008年1月至2011年12期间电视胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除手术中使用切口保护套组(18例)及不使用切口保护套组(16例)术中出血量、手术时间、并发症等各项指标。结果两组患者的术中出血量分别是63.9±18.7 ml和81.6±23.3 ml,手术时间分别是77.8±15.8 min和84.38±15.0 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后切口感染、肿瘤种植转移情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论切口保护套在电视胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除手术应用能减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,具有良好的可行性和安全性,使用方便,值得推广。

The application of incision protection sleeve in video-assisted thoracoscopic extended thymectomy

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of application of incision protection sleeve in video-assisted thoracoscopic maximal thymectomy.Methods Thirty four cases with maximal thymectomy by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS） during January 2008 to December 2011 were included in this study.Among them,18 cases adopted incision protection sleeve during the operation and other 16 cases did not use this sleeve.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and complications of surgery were recorded and compared.Results There was statistical difference between these two groups（P 〈 0.05） in terms of blood loss and operation time.The amount of operative blood loss in patients of these two groups was 63.9 ± 18.7 ml and 81.6 ± 23.3 ml respectively,and the operation time was 77.8 ± 15.8 min and 84.38 ± 15.0 min respectively.There was no difference between these two groups in terms of infection in incision and tumor implantation and metastasis.Conclusion It is shown that the application of incision protection sleeve has good feasibility,less bleeding and shortened operation time in video-assisted thoracoscopic maximal thymectomy and it is convenient for widespread application.
