| 摘 要： | 目的观察维持性血液透析患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫分析法测定60例维持性血液透析患者及30名健康体检者血清MMP-2、MMP-9的水平。结果维持性血液透析患者血清MMP2水平明显高于健康体检者(P<0.01),而MMP9水平则明显地低于健康体检者(P<0.01)。MMP-2水平与尿素氮和肌酐水平呈正相关(P<0.01),MMP-9水平与尿素氮和肌酐水平呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论检测维持性血液透析患者血清MMP2、MMP9水平的变化对尿毒症病情和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） and matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9（detected with ELISA） were determined in 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis and 30 healthy controls.Results Serum levels of MMP-2 were significantly higher in patients with maintenance hemodialysis than those of controls（P0.01）,while the serum levels of MMP-9 were significantly lower（P0.01）.In addition,serum levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen were positively correlated with the activity of MMP-2（P0.01） and negatively correlated with the activity of MMP-9（P0.01）.Conclusion Serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were closely related to process and development of the disease in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and their determination was of prognostic value. |
