| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨居民化疗依从性的家庭聚集现象。方法 在东、南、西洞庭湖区各选择一个血吸虫病高度流行村进行调查，然后统计分析居民化疗服药惰况，并用二项分布配合适度χ^2检验，进行居民化疗依从性的家庭聚集分析。结果 居民未服药率和户未服药率分别高达50．66％和21．65％，并且化疗服药者在家庭中的分布显著地超越了二项分布的概率范围。结论 居民化疗的依从性呈明显的家庭聚集趋向。在制定健教方案和实施健教干预措施时，应特别注意家庭的单元性和重视发挥家庭单元的特殊作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore family cluster of habitants' compliance to chemotherapy of S. japonica. Methods The compliance of habitants to chemotherapy were investigated in three high epidemic villages which were selected from east, south and west Donting Lake regions respectively. Family cluster of compliance was analyzed through fitting the observed distribution of habitants compliance by binomial distribution. Result The untreated rate of habitants and family reached 50.66% and 21.65% respectively. The observed distribution was beyond the probability of the binomial distribution. Conclusion Family cluster of chemotherapy compliance does exist. |
