热休克蛋白27及70在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:
目的检测热休克蛋白(HSP)27、70在正常子宫内膜、增生过长子宫内膜、非典型增生和子宫内膜腺癌中的表达情况,探讨其临床病理学意义及其与子宫内膜腺癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测16例正常子宫内膜,8例增生过长子宫内膜,8例非典型增生子宫内膜,45例子宫内膜腺癌中HSP27和HSP70的分布及表达。结果HSP27在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达低于前三种状态子宫内膜,均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);HSP70在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达高于前三者状态子宫内膜,与正常子宫内膜比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。两者在子宫内膜腺癌的不同病理学分级之间的表达差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但在不同年龄组、手术-病理分期、肌层浸润之间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论HSP27、HSP70在子宫内膜癌中的表达可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展有关。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression and clinical-pathology significance of HSP27 and HSP70 in endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods Expressions of HSP27 and HSP70 in 16 normal endometrium,8 hyper-plastic endometrium,8 atypical hyperplastic endometrium,and 45 endometrial adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry staining SP method.Results Expression of HSP27 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium,hyperplastic endometrium and atypical hyperplasia endometrium(P<0.05).The expression of HSP70 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P<0.01).Expression of HSP27 decreased with tumor pathological grading increased(P<0.01),whereas expression of HSP70 increased with tumor pathological grading increased(P<0.01).Expression of HSP27 and HSP70 in endometrial adenocarcinoma has no difference with age,stage and depth invaded into muscular layer(P>0.05).Conclusion Both HSP27 and HSP70 may be related to the genesis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
