| 摘 要： | 目的比较长春地辛(VDS)、丝裂霉素(MMC)和顺铂(DDP)组成的MVP方案及长春新硷(VCR)、丝裂霉素和顺铂组成的MOP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法72例晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)随机分成两组,每例至少化疗两疗程.疗效及毒性反应按WHO标准进行评价.结果MVP组有效率为60.5%,MOP组有效率为23.5%,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).对VCR耐药病例应用VDS后仍有良好疗效.MVP组的骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应较MOP组明显(P＜0.05).结论MVP方案是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有效率较高的方案之一,其毒副反应可为多数病人所耐受.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of MVP(MMC VDS DDP)regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:72 cases of advanced nonsmall lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Each patient was received at least 2 cycles combinant chemotherapy.The efficacy and the toxicity were assessed according to WHO criteria.Result:The result showed that response rates of MVP regimen and MOP regimen were 60.5% and 23.5% respectively.There was statistical significant difference between them(P<0.05).And VDS also have good effect on patients who were resistant to VCR.Myclosuppression and gastrointestinal tract reaction in MVP group were serious than that in MOP group.Conclusion:MVP is one of high effective regimes used for treatment of advanced NSCLC,whose toxicity can be endured by large part of patients. |
