| 摘 要： | 目的:观察无创正压通气(noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,NPPV)治疗急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法:对26例急性心源性肺水肿引起的急性呼吸衰竭患者行NPPV,观察治疗期间心率和经皮血氧饱和度的变化,比较治疗前、治疗后2 h血气情况。结果:急性心源性肺水肿患者治疗2 h缺氧症状得到明显改善,心悸、呼吸困难及紫绀明显好转,心功能评级明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:对急性心源性肺水肿引起的急性呼吸衰竭行NPPV疗效显著。 |
