保肝汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎100例

目的 观察保肝汤对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 将146例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组100例采用保肝汤治疗，对照组46例采用澳泰乐冲剂加促肝细胞生长素治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率93．0％，对照组总有效率86．9％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论保肝汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效确切。

Observation of Baogan decoction on 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baogan decoction on patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 146 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in the treatment group were administrated with Baogan decoctionl.46 patients in the control group were given Aotaile decoction and Hepatocyte Growthpromoting Factors injection.The therapeutic effect was observed in 3 months in both groups.Results The total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 86.3% in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The Baogan decoction has a definite effec on chronic hepatitis B.
