髋臼骨折的内固定治疗

目的　总结髋臼骨折内固定治疗的临床实用价值。方法　对 30例由不同原因引起的不同类型髋臼骨折,在硬膜外麻醉或全麻下行手术切开复位, 9例先用钢板固定前柱,再以长拉力螺钉固定后柱, 2例单纯用加压螺钉固定, 5例用高分子可吸收螺钉固定,其余全部采用髋臼钢板的内固定。结果　按髋臼骨折切开复位标准,达到解剖复位 22例,满意 8例;按美国矫形外科研究院标准:优 15例,良 10例,可 3例,差 2例,优良率 83 3%。结论　髋臼骨折进行手术切开复位,钢板、加压螺丝钉,可吸收螺钉内固定治疗实用可行,疗效满意。

Interqal Fixation in the Treatment of Acetabular Fracture

Objective To sum up the clinical practical value of internal fixation for the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods Thiry patients with different types of acetabular fractures were given open reduction under general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia. In 9 cases, anterior columns were fixed with plate first, then fixed posterior columns with long lag screws, 2 cases of them were fixed with lag screws, 5 cases were fixed with absorptive screws, all the others fixed with reconstructive plates.Results According to the score of open reduction for acetabular fractures, anatomical reduction was obtained in 22 cases,satisfied reduction in 8, According to AAOS score, excellent,result was obtained in 15 cases, good in 10,fair in 3,and poor in 2, the excellent and good rate was 83.3%.Conclusion Open redction and internal fixation with plate,lag screw or absorptive screw is a safe and effective method to treat acetabular fracture.
