| 摘 要： | 目的总结1例极低体重儿脐肠瘘切除手术中护理配合。方法术中护理配合要点包括：器械护士积极配合手术，充分做好麻醉诱导前的准备，管理静脉通路，注意患儿保暧，准确估计出入量，精确计算药量，严密观察术中各项监测指标。结果术后患儿转入NICU对症处理，病情好转。结论合适的术中护理是手术成功的重要条件之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarizes very low birthweight hilum intestinal fistula in the operation of excision of nursing.Methods Intraoperative care points include:equipment operation,cooperate actively nurses,fully well the preparation before narcotic induction,management vein circuit,note the dim children,accurate estimation discrepancy,precise dosage,close observation of the monitoring indicators.Results After the surgery,the baby changes over toNICU,baby to improve.Conclusions Appropriate nursing in surgery.is one of the conditions of success in surgery. |
