探讨异位妊娠阴道超声诊断的临床价值

目的探讨经阴道超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法对50例异位妊娠的声像图表现及临床资料进行了B超图像分析，并找出其内在的声像特征。结果50例中21例阴道超声声像图为附件区有完整胎囊型包块、即厚的强回声环围绕着一个小的液性无回声，余29例为附件区见混合性或实性包块。手术证实21例完整胎囊型包块者为异位妊娠未破裂型。结论阴道超声可作为异位妊娠早期诊断的首选诊断措施。

To discuss clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy

[Objective] To discuss the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. [Methods] Fifty cases of eetopic pregnancy with the transvaginal uhrasonography were reviewed. Find out the ultrasound characteristic of ectopic pregnancy. [Results] Twenty-one cases among fifty cases were certified to be a unilateral cyst with thick wall around at the ovary and the tube ,the wall was hypereehoic and the inner cyst was anechoic. The other twenty-nine cases were adnexal masses or material masses.Twenty-one cases were certified to be unbroken ectopic pregnancy masses. [Conclusion] The transvaginal ultrasonography is the frist measure in the diagnosis of early eetopic pregnancy.
