KTP激光联合不同义管植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞的I晦床观察

目的观察泪道激光联合不同类型义管植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞的效果。方法将50例（58眼）随机分为三组，用KTP泪道激光机先行泪道激光成形术，分别选择硬麻管（A组）、球头硅胶管（B组）、一次性泪道再通管（C组）植入鼻泪道，观察疗效。结果所有患者随访观察1年，A组有效率达56．2％，B组达77．2％，C组达95．0％。结论泪道激光成形术中植入不同的义管可明显影响治疗的有效率。

Observation of KTP Laser and Different Tube Intubation for Treatment of Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction

Objective To observe the treatment effectiveness of nasolacrimal duct obstruction by KTP laser and different silicone tube intubation. Methods Fifty patients（fifty-eight eyes） with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were devided randomly into three groups, to do laser surgery with the KTP laser machine first, epidural catheter for group A, silicone tube with sphericai end for group B, disposable lacrimal duct recanalization tube for group C. Results All patients were followed up for one year, the effective rate of group A was 56.2%, group B was 77.2%, group C was 95.0%. Conclusion Laser surgery lacrimal duct obstruction of nasolacrimal duct obstruction cases according to the selection of different silicone tube implantation can significantly improve the success rate of catheterization and operation efficiency.
