亚低温复合山莨菪碱颈动脉灌注对大鼠脑缺血再灌注自由基的影响

摘    要:探讨亚低温复合山莨菪碱颈动脉灌注对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损的影响。方法利用前脑缺血模型及动脉灌注技术,观测缺血再灌注后不同时间点SOD、MDA、NO、NOS变化。结果亚低温及静脉复合用药能显著促进SOD活性恢复、抑制NOS活性与MDA、NO值的升高;以亚低温复合大剂量山莨菪碱颈动脉灌注疗最佳。

Abstract:S Objective To determine the effect of mild hypothermia complex anisodaminum irrigating by jugular artery on ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The changes of SOD,MDA,NO,NOS were detected in forebrain ischemia model and artery irrigation method at different times after reperfusion.Results Mild hypothermia combined 654-2 treatment could promote the recovery of the activity of SOD and inhibit the activity of NOS. The effect of mild hypothermia coupled with a large dose of anisodaminum irrigating was best.Conclusions Mild resuscitative hypothermia could reduce reperfusion injury by inhibiting the production of oxygen free radicals and NO. A large dose of 654-2 treated by jugular artery irrigating could improve the resuscitative effect of mild hypothermia, and is more effective than that did intravenously.
