| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肿瘤特异生长因子 (TSGF)检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断意义。方法 采用比色法检测 4 3例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者、5 0例良性肿瘤患者及 5 0例健康体检者的血清TSGF含量。结果 恶性组血清TSGF浓度显著高于良性组和对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1)。Ⅲ～Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤患者血清浓度高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者。血清TSGF测定诊断恶性肿瘤的敏感度为 79% ,特异度为92 %。结论 血清TSGF检测对恶性卵巢肿瘤的早期诊断有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to evaluate the significance of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor. Methods Serum TSGF levels in 43 patients with ovarian malignant tumors, 50 patients with ovarian benign tumors and 50 normal people were measured with colorimetry. Results The serum TSGF level in malignant group was significantly higher than that in benign group and control group ( P <0.01). The serum TSGF level in phase Ⅲ to phase Ⅴ malignant tumor patients was higher than that in phase Ⅰ to phase Ⅱ malignant tumor. The sensibility and specificity of serum TSGF for diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor were 79% and 92%. Conclusion Serum TSGF concentration was important in early diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor. |
