外周血IL-2水平状态与淋巴细胞亚群比例的关系在乳腺良恶性肿瘤之间的区别

目的：分析外周血白细胞介素2（IL-2）水平与淋巴细胞亚群比例的关系在乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者之间的区别及临床意义.方法：用流式荧光免疫微球分析技术检测46例乳腺癌及41例乳腺增生症伴乳腺纤维腺瘤形成患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,用流式荧光免疫标记技术检测患者外周血CD25＋IL-2受体细胞（CD25^＋IL-2R）、CD3^＋总T淋巴细胞（CD3^＋T）、CD4^＋辅助T辅助细胞（CD4^＋TH）、CD8^＋杀伤/抑制T细胞（CD8^＋TCS）、CD56^＋NK细胞（CD56^＋NK）和CD19^＋总B淋巴细胞（CD19^＋B）比例.结果：外周血IL-2水平和淋巴细胞亚群比例在乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者之间差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05;在乳腺癌中,IL-2水平在检测线以下组（IL-2=0）与检测线以上组（IL-2＞0）比较,CD25^＋IL-2R细胞、CD4^＋TH细胞和CD56^＋NK细胞比例（%）差异有统计学意义,与IL-2水平呈负相关;在乳腺良性肿瘤中,IL-2水平在检测线以下组（IL-2=0）与检测线以上组（IL-2＞0）比较,CD19^＋B淋巴细胞比例差异有统计学意义（P=0.05）,与IL-2水平呈负相关.结论：乳腺癌患者外周血IL-2水平状态与IL-2-R细胞、Th细胞、NK细胞比例呈负相关,乳腺良性肿瘤患者外周血IL-2水平状态与总B淋巴细胞比例呈负相关.

Deffrences between the patients with breast cancer and with breast benign tumor in the correlation between the level of IL-2 and the proportion of lymphocyte subsets from peripheral blood

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the deffrences between the patients with breast cancer and with breast benign tumor in the correlation between the level of IL-2 and the ratio of lymphocyte subsets from peripheral blood and its clinical significance.METHODS:The levels of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in serum were detected by the flow fluorenscence immunmicrobeads assay(FFIA)and the proportions of the CD25+IL-2R cells,CD3+ total T cells,CD4+ Th cells,CD56+NK cells,CD19+ total B lymphocyte were assayed by FCM in 46 patients with breast cancer and 41 patients with breast cystic hyperplastic fibroadenoma.RESULTS:No significant differences between patients with breast cancer and with benign tumour were found in the levels of IL-2 and the proportions of lymphocyte subsets detected.The proportions of CD25+IL-2R cells,CD4+ Th cells,CD56+NK cells in the patients with breast cancer and the proportion of CD19+ total B lymphocyte in the patients with benign tumor were significantly deffrent between the groups with the level of IL-2 under detectable line(IL-2=0)and with the level of IL-2 over detectable line(IL-2>0),and were negtively related to the level of IL-2.CONCLUSION:The levels of IL-2 are negtively related to the proportions of IL-2R cells,Th cells and NK cells in the patients with breast cancer are negtively related to the proportions of total B lymphocyte in the patients with benign tumour.
