| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腕掌侧浅静脉移植在断指再植中的应用。方法：对30例患者采用腕掌侧浅静脉移植处理断指再植手术中的血管缺损。结果：再植手指均成活，外观和功能良好。结论：对于断指再植中血管缺损的处理采用腕掌侧浅静脉移植是一种很好的方法。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the application of carpometacarpal superficial vein graft in the digital replantation.MethodThirty cases hospitalized in our hospital from January 2004 to October 2008 were dealed with vessel defect in the digital replantation by carpometacarpal superficial vein graft.ResultsThe replanted fingers all survived,the appearance and function were good.ConclusionUsing carpometacarpal superficial vein graft is a good way to deal with vessel defect in the digital replantation. |
