摘    要:
目的 探讨中药熏洗配合手法按摩治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的效果.方法 将120例OA患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用中药熏洗配合手法按摩治疗.5周后进行疗效比较.结果 观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为70%,2组比较有明显差异.结论 中药熏洗配合手法...

Abstract:
Objecive To explore the efficacy of fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ( KOA ).Methods 120 patients with KOA were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy with medicantions ( 60 patients,control group ),or fumigating and washing with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation in addiction to conventional therapy ( 60 patients,study group ).The efficacy was compared between the two groups 5 weeks after treatment.Results There was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in the overall effectiveness rate ( 96.7% vs.70.0%,P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Fumigating and washing therapy with Chinese medicine plus Chinese massage manipulation has a better efficacy than Western medicine alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
