功能失调性子宫出血合并子宫肌瘤临床观察

目的探讨功血合并子宫肌瘤的发病特点以及临床治疗效果。方法将我院妇产科106例功血出血合并子宫肌瘤患者按子宫肌瘤分类分组，52例合并肌壁问肌瘤患者为肌壁组，28例合并浆膜下肌瘤患者为浆膜组，26例合并黏膜下肌瘤患者为黏膜组。结果肌壁组、浆膜组、黏膜组患者月经情况和激素检测结果在治疗前差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗后经期周期（D）分别为：（6±3）、（3±1）、（7±51月经周期（D）（23±5）、（27±2）、（24±41月经出血量（ml）（160±80）、（80±0）、（160±80）不规则出血（次）（3±2）、（1±1）、（3±1）各指标差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。各组平均激素水平相关指标有所差异，差异无显著性。结论功能失调性子宫出血合并子宫肌瘤可加重临床症状表现，尤其是对月经周期以及经期出血量的影响。

Clinical observation of Dysfunctional uterine bleeding uterine fibroids

Objective To discuss characteristics and clinical effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding combined with uterine fibroids.Methods Among 106 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding combined with uterine fibroids in our hospital,we divided them into groups as follows:52 cases as intramural fibroids intramural group,28 cases as subserosal fibroicds combined group,26 cases as submucosal fibroids of mucosa group.Results ① There were some differences in pre-treatment average menstrual cycles and hormone in patients of each group,but the difference was not significant.② But after treatment the related average menstrual hormone indexes in serous group were significantly better than those of the intramural related groups,showing statistical differences,P＜ 0.05.Conclusion Dysfunctional uterine bleeding combined with uterine fibroids.may increase the clinical symptoms,especially effects to menstrual cycle and menstrual bleeding.
